Jennifer Christian and her family moved from the Detroit area to central Virginia in 2019. Much of the inspiration for her art comes from her surroundings - the mountains to the west, the ocean to the east, and the lakes, forests, and farmland near her home. In addition to her personal art business and classes, she is the Art Programming Manager at the Louisa Arts Center and a home educator to her two sons. She co-founded and manages the Lake Anna Homeschoolers Group, as well, coordinating field trips and activities for over 135 homeschoolers throughout this region.
